I’m Dane Findley and my mission in life is to help others experience more daily joy though improved physical health.
My passion is assisting others in increasing their strength and mobility, through lifestyle upgrades that reduce inflammation.
These interventions involve anti-inflammatory diet strategies and body-conditioning movements inspired by the Pilates method, including:
- online wellness coaching
- private one-on-one fitness training
- group exercise classes
